Two people have been arrested in connection to the murder of Christina Downer, the sister of Saturday Night Live writer Jimmy Fowlie . The Los Angeles Police Department’s Robbery-Homicide Division announced the arrest of Delorean Bijon Brandon and Kaylee Nicole Markowski via a media release on Friday, October 30. “On December 18, 2025, Christina Downer was reported missing after her ex-husband requested a welfare check when he had not heard from her for an extended period of time. Downer’s boyfriend, Delorean Brandon, claimed that she had moved out several months earlier, leaving behind all her belongings, including her vehicle and dog,” the LAPD said. The statement further read, “Robbery-Homicide Division detectives assumed the investigation after Downer’s cellphone was discovered washed ashore on Santa Monica Beach.
